这个版本最大的变化是增加了串口的支持！！！可惜我估计很难再有可能去和一堆网络设备打交道了。

# Windows PuTTY now supports "local proxying", where a network connection is replaced by a local command. Also, Plink has gained a "-nc" mode where the primary channel is replaced by an SSH tunnel, which makes it particularly useful as the local command to run.
